The curiosity to learn how to cook the delicious food that I was lucky enough to be able to eat in my childhood, led me to make the decision to study cooking. Mine is vocational, by trade. I am a sukaldari, cook, chef... and I enjoy cooking for others more than eating. Today I make a living in the kitchen, in my own place, in Santurtzi.

La Oficina is located in one of the oldest facades of the town of Santurtzi, a few meters from the port and in the Plaza Juan José Mendizabal, 8. Bar-restaurant that gives us the possibility to offer a wide range of breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. Small but cozy dining room.

In our bar you will find potato omelette, pintxos and quality wines. In addition to pintxos at the time, rations and our famous potatoes "Torrikas" accompanied by "Punch" sauce, a little spicy and a little addictive. Also, you can enjoy our seasonal suggestions.

We cook while respecting local traditions, cooking in the present and preparing for the future.
Each season, we honor the high-quality products that the land and the Cantabrian Sea provide us, always according to the market.
We use the grill as a way to cook the pieces that Jaione @pescadosdelacruz selects for us daily.
